Customer Care Associate

We are accepting applications for the following position: 

CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet every customer and attend to them promptly.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer queries and bill payments.
  • Answer phones, responding to customers while delivering consistently high levels of service.
  • Process payments of cash, debit, credit and check transactions using point-of-sale system; issue change, receipts, refunds.
  • Complete sales functions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure balancing of payment transactions are completed accurately on a daily basis in accordance with standard procedures; Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is adequate change.
  • Follow cash operating procedures and polices.
  • Keep an accurate log of payments received from customers; maintain current records.
  • Help customers understand billing and charges for which they are responsible.
  • Other duties may be performed from time to time as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to multitask
  • Possess strong customer service skills

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  •  Ensure customers satisfaction through excellent customer service
  •  Ensure accurate operations of the cash register
  •  Ensure accurate entries of received payments are documented

 

Salary: CI$25,000 – CI$30,000 per year

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
