Assistant Team Leader

The Assistant Team Leader will support the efforts of the Team Leader to achieve sales targets, manage sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure customer service excellence by providing guidance to the Sales Professionals in their selling efforts, acting as a closer when needed.
  • Assist the Team Leader in planning and implementing strategy to attract customers by coordinating in-store sales, product promotions and incentive activities.
  • Contribute towards store sales targets by monitoring individual and team sales performance on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis, Support efforts through ongoing coaching.
  • Coordinate retail store operations which involve planning and preparing work schedules, participate in team meetings, maximising visual displays, ensuring inventory control measures are upheld.
  • Ensure that all store opening and closing procedures are completed accurately, according to the documented standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years of retail sales experience
  • Minimum two (2) years retail management experience preferred
  • Previous commission-based sales experience with proven sales target success
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Must be available to work late shifts, weekends, public holidays
  • Must be comfortable speaking with the public
  • High level of attention to detail is essential

Remuneration includes base salary plus commission

Package includes health insurance and pension benefits as specified by Cayman Islands law
