We are accepting applications for the following position:

CASHIER/ASSISTANT


Responsible for general cashiering activities, administrative support, and assisting with
government submissions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy in financial transactions,
operational efficiency, and compliance with all applicable legislation and company policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Perform general cashiering duties, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of all transactions.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in transaction records and promptly investigate variances.
  • Process reimbursements, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare cheques for work permit submissions and annual government payments.
  • Collect refund cheques from WORC and ensure timely deposit into the company’s bank account.
  • Assist with work permit duties, including documentation preparation and follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to government departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies to ensure smooth office operations
  • Communicate effectively with departmental managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare internal reports as requested by management.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in cashiering, accounting support, or administrative assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and transaction reconciliation.
  • Experience with cheque preparation and bank deposits is an asset.
  • Familiarity with work permit processes or government submissions is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Hourly Range: US$10.00-US$13.00 per hour

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
