We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Bellman to ensure an exceptional guest
experience from arrival through departure. The successful candidate will be responsible for
welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing
personalized service that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role requires
excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for guest service.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and attend to their immediate needs throughout their stay.
  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring seamless luggage handling and support.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring rooms are properly prepared and amenities are placed prior to arrival.
  • Provide detailed information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Arrange and coordinate events, excursions, and transportation in collaboration with the Front Desk.
  • Understand guest preferences and provide personalized and anticipatory service.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with hotel policies and safety guidelines.
  • Provide luggage assistance at all times, including arrivals, departures, and room changes.
  • Coordinate accurate handover between shifts to ensure continuity of service.
  • Assist with In-Room Dining when required.
  • Pick up and drop off guests at the airport or other locations as necessary.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain excellent etiquette, grooming, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably within luxury or VIP clientele environments.
  • Possession of a valid license to operate motorized vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm and personable demeanor.
  • Excellent etiquette, grooming, and customer service standards.
  • Resourceful and quick-thinking with the ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
  • Physically capable of lifting and transporting luggage.
  • Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Hourly Range: US$8.00-US$9.00 per hour

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
