BELLMAN/FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR


The Bellman/ Front Desk Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the Front Office team,
ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience while making guests feel welcomed and
valued from the moment they enter the hotel. This position is responsible for supervising bell
services, coordinating with the Front Desk and other departments, and delivering personalized,
anticipatory service that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a professional farewell upon departure.
  • Open doors, assist with luggage handling, escort guests to their rooms, and ensure comfort throughout the process.
  • Provide detailed orientation of guest rooms, hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Provide detailed information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guest needs by understanding preferences and delivering personalized service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations promptly and professionally.
  • Store and retrieve guest luggage before check-in and after check-out as needed.
  • Coordinate transportation, excursions, events, and special guest requests in collaboration with the Front Desk.
  • Assist guests with restaurant reservations, show tickets, local attractions, spa and massage appointments.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and entertainment to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Accurately communicate operational updates and guest-related issues during shift handovers.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and disciplining bell team members as required.
  • Supervise daily bell desk operations to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and service excellence.
  • Assist with light maintenance and operational tasks, including moving furniture, preparing rooms, replacing linens, and supporting housekeeping when needed.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the leadership team to support hotel operations.
  • Maintain excellent grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct at all times.
  • Represent the hotel brand with confidence, discretion, and integrity.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bell service, front desk, or luxury hospitality preferred.
  • Possession of a valid license to operate motorized vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent etiquette, grooming, and customer service standards.
  • Physically capable of lifting and transporting luggage.
  • Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Hourly Range: US$9.00-US$13.00 per hour

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
