
We are accepting applications for the following position:
BUSSER
The Food Runner/Busser is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/She is also responsible for delivering food items to guests and ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Delivers exceptional service consistently.
- Follows service guidelines.
- Cleans, sets and re-sets tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties.
- Serves water, bread and coffee.
- Performs set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area.
- Anticipates and services guest’s needs.
- Serves and clears food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- Familiar with the menus, including preparation, ingredients and description.
- Familiar with the wine list and in wine and beverage service including stemware used.
- Completes opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
- Carries trays, bussers and resets tables with linen, china, glass and silver
- Stocks linen, china, silver and glassware for service.
- Maintains and retrieves all food items from the kitchen and attractively and safely transports them to an outlet.
- Serves any dishes to guests while explaining the contents and preparation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Hourly Range: US$6.56-US$7.00 per hour
