RESTAURANT FLOOR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• The successful applicant will manage the restaurants operation, maintain established cost and quality standards, to ensure superior service and maximize profits.
• Create and maintain an energizing environment, with a superior Team, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive food and beverage experience.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and motivate associates.
• Identify service issues and take necessary action to correct them
• Control and maximize seating of the restaurant while maintaining high quality standard of service.
• Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of service equipment and tools.
• Prepare associate schedules which allow for appropriate service while controlling labor costs and overtime.
• Thorough understanding of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
• Will handle all inventories directly involved with the operation of Food and Beverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certificate or diploma in a related field.

Salary Range: US$55,000-US$75,000 per annum

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
