SALES SUPERVISOR
The Sales Supervisor will direct, coordinate and manage activities of the Sales Professionals to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Professionals to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Provide support to the Sales Professionals through ongoing training, coaching, performance reviews.
- Plan and prepare work schedules; assign specific duties that will enhance the customer service and deliver the store sales objectives.
- Plan and implement strategy to promote the store to attract customers.
- Maintain awareness of and carry out company marketing initiatives including organize promotions, incentive activities, displays and store events.
- Set a positive leadership example.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, making key decisions on stock controls and purchases.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are upheld.
- Verify that all store opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and according to the documented standard operating procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a minimum five (5) years of retail sales experience with luxury goods including jewelry, watches.
- Minimum three (3) years retail management experience.
- Gold-Star Selling certification preferred.
- Previous commission-based sales experience with proven sales target success.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be willing to work late shifts, weekends, public holidays.
- Must be comfortable speaking with the public.

Salary Range: CI$45,000-CI$45,000 per annum
