MARKETING & DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist the retail marketing team in planning and executing daily marketing projects and campaigns across multiple retail businesses.
- Design and produce marketing and promotional materials for print, digital, in-store, and event use using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, and AI tools.
- Activate and maintain brand consistency across all channels in alignment with brand guidelines, business objectives, and internal culture initiatives.
- Oversee in-store visual merchandising to support brand standards and seasonal campaigns, working closely with store teams to execute displays and signage.
- Visit retail locations to manage the distribution, installation, and merchandising of promotional and retail collateral.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives related to customer engagement strategies and loyalty programs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activations, ensuring strong visual impact and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with external vendors, production partners, and printers to ensure timely creation and installation of printed assets.
- Support media planning and buying across traditional and digital channels, including development of creative assets for print, radio, and digital advertising.
- Create engaging social media content to support marketing campaigns and increase brand engagement; assist with managing social media scheduling platforms.
- Manage digital content updates, including website content, social media postings, and performance analytics.
- Stay attuned to social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities to enhance and differentiate brand presence.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, documentation, and reporting tools for all marketing initiatives and events.
- Support campaign performance tracking by analyzing metrics, ROI, and competitor activity; assist in preparing post-campaign reports and insights.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, media placements, and campaign rollouts.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams (digital, content, strategy, PR) and external partners.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong digital skills, including experience updating websites and managing social media content; familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing; proficiency in Canva and CapCut, with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro preferred
- Demonstrated expertise using AI tools to enhance marketing efforts, with appropriate human oversight
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategy, data analysis, budget management, and creative content creation
- Proven experience collaborating with local (on-island) and international printing and production partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Salary Range: CI$40,000-CI$50,000 per annum
