SENIOR RETAIL CLERK
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable luxury cosmetics and
skincare products.
• Assist with day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the store's visual standards by keeping shelves and displays clean, organized,
and well-stocked.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Provide support across various areas of the store, including the sales floor and checkout.
• Receive, inspect, and verily incoming shipments for quality and quantity.
• Record and manage inventory accurately to ensure consistency with system records.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure easy access to products.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering processes to ensure product availability.
• Continuously verily and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and digital payments efficiently.
• Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve store objectives.
• Support leadership in operational and administrative tasks as required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in stockroom and inventory management is required.
• Experience working with retail or hospitality systems such as Opera (Oracle) and
Lightspeed.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion, cosmetics, and skincare products.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high-quality
service standards.
Salary: USD$47,000 - USD$52,000 Per Annum
Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
Location: Grand Cayman
