We are accepting applications for the following position: 

BARTENDER/BARISTA

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, cocktails, and specialty beverages, according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and bar equipment efficiently and safely.
• Demonstrate knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Ensure correct glassware and presentation for all beverages.
• Clean glassware to support continuous, uninterrupted service.
• Accommodate guest preferences, including milk alternatives, flavor additions, and drink customization.
• Ensure all beverages meet quality, taste, and presentation standards consistently.
• Prepare and serve light food items, pastries, and snacks as required.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, liquors, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol, including verifying age and refusing service to minors or intoxicated guests.
• Identify and appropriately manage disruptive or potentially unsafe situations.
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
• Collaborate with F&B servers to prepare and deliver beverage orders in a speedy, professional manner.
• Handle guest payments, balance checks, and close out the cash register at shift end.
• Greets each guest promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, a smile and good posture.
• Recognizes regular guests and greets them by name.
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the international hotel standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and alcoholic beverage service is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina and comfort standing for long periods, carrying light loads, and doing light cleaning
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Hourly Range: US$6.56-US$9.00 per hour + gratuities
