We are accepting applications for the following position: 

GROUNDSKEEPER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Responsible for maintaining hotel grounds and aesthetic appearance of the entire property, including the beach.
• Inspect entire grounds and buildings for debris
• Ensure that all flower beds are clean and perform masonry repairs.
• Perform chemical testing for treating plants and lawns, filter changing, and routine maintenance of the indoor and outdoor fountains.
• Maintain all interior/exterior plants, flowers and shrubs as needed and replace burned out lights.
• Moving objects, including furniture, around the venues
• Maintenance of associated functions
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Hourly Range: US$8.00-US$14.00 per hour + gratuities
