We are now accepting applications for the following position:

TECHNICAL MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Receiving Material
• Managing all Inventory of Materials and Products
• Maintaining production related documentation
• Creating a team and good environment to ensure equipment and process optimization
• Providing leadership and support for asset management strategy implementation
• Support brewery safety, sustainability and environmental initiatives
• Run an effective PM system
• Work with the production team to ensure standards and efficiencies are maintained
• Ensure procurement of spare parts and other materials as required
• Identify savings, reduce waste and build an environment sustainability program
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an engineering/ maintenance leadership/ managerial position in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering or related technical degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and practical experience of brewing and packaging processes.

Salary: CI$70,000 - CI$85,000 per annum

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
