(P/T) Office Clerk

Paradise Villas in LITTLE CAYMAN is seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position of:

(P/T) OFFICE CLERK

The Office Clerk is responsible for duties which include, but not limited to: 

  • Demonstrating excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs, organized and possess strong knowledge about Little Cayman.
  • Answering telephones, greeting guests and performing various clerical tasks.
  • Utilizing reservation software to record guest arrivals and departures.
  • Collecting reservation deposits and balances as well as payment for any retail sales.
  • Liaising with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for occupation upon guest arrival.
  • Monitoring and ordering of office supplies.
  • Performing other duties as may be required from time to time.

 

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of clerical experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Nitevision software.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision.  
  • A satisfactory police record and fluency in English is required.

 

Remuneration: CI$5.00 - $6.00 per hour depending on experience, plus gratuities.

Applicants must be willing to work late shifts, weekends and public holidays, comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for more than 8 hours a day.
