POSITION OVERVIEW

Floor Staff is responsible for performing a variety of sales functions (Concessionist, Cook and Usher) while ensuring that customers are served in a professional and courteous manner by demonstrating the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities and job duties will initially include but not be limited to the following:

• Provide fresh concession products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment
• Responsible for accuracy of cash drawers, inventory and coupons
• Operate, prepare and clean all concession related equipment
• Prep & Cook food items according to established procedures
• Ensuring guest satisfaction – smile, greet, and thank all guests
• Seat patrons in auditoriums
• Break and clean up auditoriums
• Tear tickets, collect and deposit appropriate stub, and direct patrons to their auditoriums
• Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by management (e.g. unlocking doors at open, locking and securing doors at close of business and bagging ticket stubs to be retained at the theatre for auditing purposes)

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• High School diploma
• Cash handling skills
• Excellent customer service and sales techniques skills including up selling and suggestive selling
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
