We are accepting applications for the following positions:

SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE/ GIFT WRAPPER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling inquiries and identifying customer needs.
• Greeting every customer.
• Maintain high level of customer service at all times.
• Provide customers with product information and give product recommendations.
• Efficient use of POS systems and inventory searches.
• Balance cash registers at beginning and end of each shift.
• Process credit/debit card, gift card, cash, and all other forms of payment in accordance with established policies
• Wrap, package and/or bag merchandise appropriately.
• Complete sales functions in a professional and courteous manner
• Work to prevent product damage and theft.
• Project a positive company image to the public
• Record and restock products
• Stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables with merchandise as assigned
• Organize and re-arrange merchandise as necessary
• Return misplaced items to correct locations
• Answer telephone calls in a polite and orderly fashion. Assisting customers with inquires and providing clear and detailed answers.
• Taking orders and placing holds on products from customers over the telephone.
• Assisting with inventory receiving and storage in store and off-site stockrooms.
• Ensuring all work areas, shop floor, storage rooms and back-of-house are kept to a good standard.
• Assisting with website orders and transactions as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong Computer Skills
• Superior Organizational Skills
• Fulfilling other duties as many as may be required by the Manager from time to time including, among other things, filling in during the absence of the other team members owing to, for example, vacation, etc.

Pay Rate: $7.00 per hour

Location: Grand Cayman
