We are now accepting applications for the following position:

FOOD RUNNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing the highest quality of service to guests in a courteous, attentive, and professional manner.

• Deliver food to tables and properly explain the menu items.

• Clean, set, and re set tables continuously, taking responsibility for assigned station, tables, and side duties.

• Ensure that the restaurant maintains proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Stock and maintain side stations with linen, china, glassware, and silverware to support uninterrupted service.

• Clear tables of all plates, cups, and flatware after a party leaves, wipe down tables, and properly re-set them with clean tableware.

• Clean and maintain dining room surfaces, side stations, and work areas, as needed (especially after spills or breakages).

• Assist in performing opening and closing side work, including setting all tables according to standard and ensuring side stations and storage areas are fully prepared.

• Work as part of a team, coordinating with servers, kitchen staff, and other service team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Perform other job related duties as requested by the Food & Beverage leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk constantly, bend, and carry trays or stacks of plates safely.

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Hourly Wage: USD$8.00 - USD$9.00 Per Hour + gratuities
