DIRECTOR OF ROOMS

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Lead and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services teams, Retail and other divisions as the business requires.
• Ensure the highest standards of luxury service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive departmental performance through effective staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Oversee guest arrival, departure, and in-house experiences, resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Partner closely with Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experience.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor service standards, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven experience managing Front Office and Housekeeping functions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, payroll, and operating expenses.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Preferred experience with Forbes Five-Star Standards.

Salary: USD$80,000.00 - USD$100,000.00 per annum
